Beijing tested.

From intern to Managing Director, I led a $20 million agency in Beijing.

I spent 20 years in rooms where I was always the only one with my Caribbean vibes and melodic Barbados accent.

I learned to walk into every room as exactly who I was.

Why are You and Your always capitalised?

Because You are the most important person in this work. Not the clothes. Not the method. Not me. You. Capitalising You and Your is my way of making sure that never gets lost. Not in a sentence, not in a session, not ever.

Can I do this if I'm a man?

Vibe Forward is built for women. That said, identity work doesn't have a gender. Here's how one of my male clients put it:

"Talk to Dionne — she'll kind of get your head around where you're at and help you connect with who your inner self is and what your identity is. And then maybe try to find a way to put together an outward appearance that reflects that."

If you're a man who is genuinely ready to reconnect with who you are, not just update your wardrobe, reach out and we'll have a conversation. Every situation is different and I'll take it case by case.

Is this for younger women too?

Yes. I have worked with women as young as 18 and the method works at every age because it starts with identity, not trends. Whether you're figuring out who you are for the first time or finding your way back to yourself, that conversation looks different at every stage of life. And that's exactly the point.

Why can't I do a Vibe Edit without the Vibe Check?

Because shopping without knowing who you are is how you end up with a full wardrobe and nothing to wear. The Vibe Check is the foundation. It's where we figure out who You are, what You already have, and what You actually need. The Vibe Edit follows from that. Without it we're just shopping. And that's not the work.

Why don't You offer online sessions?

Because the most important work happens in person. I have sat with women in their homes, over a cup of coffee or tea, holding their hands, watching their eyes light up when the answers click. That moment cannot happen through a screen. I come to You. That's the whole point.

Can I give this as a gift?
